• Taxes: All prices exclude VAT/GST, customs duties, and local sales taxes, which are the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
• Customs & Import: For international shipments, any applicable import duties or customs fees are borne by the Buyer.
• Handling Fees: Small-order or express-delivery surcharges may apply, detailed upfront in your quote

• Collection Policy: Outstanding balances over 60 days may be referred to a collections agency; Buyer remains liable for all fees incurred.
• Order Suspension: We may withhold future shipments until overdue invoices are settled in full.

• Late Fee: Unpaid invoices past the due date incur 1.5% per month interest or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower .

USD, EUR, or GBP billing available upon request; exchange rates are based on the invoice date rate from a leading financial data provider.
